Location: Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £90 - £100 per day

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment, supporting students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Supervision: In the absence of teachers, you will lead and supervise classes, fostering a productive atmosphere for optimal learning.
- Guidance and Support: Provide valuable guidance and support to students, ensuring they complete tasks to the highest standard and empowering them in their academic pursuits.
- Effective Communication: Address general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons, contributing to a continuous cycle of improvement.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches, offering additional support to students with diverse needs.
- Student Well-being: Play a vital role in promoting student well-being and fostering a nurturing ethos within the school community.
