Salary: £84 - £95 per day

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as Teaching Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Applicants with a valid driver's license will be prioritised.
  • Strong communication skills are impotant.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are essential.
  • Dedication to fostering student success and well-being is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support students as a Teaching Assistant, providing mentorship and guiding their educational journeys.
  • Implement a variety of strategies to effectively meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Foster an environment that enhances social interactions and communication skills.
  • Actively engage in daily activities, academics, and specialised interventions to enhance behaviour.
