Salary Scale: £140 to £210 per day
Contract: Full Time, Temporary
About the Role:
GSL Education are inviting applications for an English Teacher to enrich the curriculum at a forward-thinking Sheffield school. This role will focus on developing students’ literary skills in a supportive environment.
Job Summary:
- Teach English lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Analyse and evaluate student data to enhance teaching methods.
- Contribute to the school’s objectives of raising student attainment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare educational material and deliver engaging classes.
- Promote literacy and critical thinking skills through effective teaching practices.
- Collaborate with peers to develop new teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
- Proven experience in teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Background checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure, will be required for successful applicants.
