Salary: £100 - £230 per day

As a German Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' language skills and fostering a deeper understanding of German culture and society. Your enthusiasm and expertise will ignite curiosity and empower students to become confident and effective communicators in German.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive German language lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and take risks in their language learning journey.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including multimedia and authentic materials, to enhance students' language acquisition and cultural understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their continued growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular connections and promote the integration of German language and culture across the curriculum.
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate students' progress and support their involvement in their children's language learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Fluent proficiency in German language, both spoken and written.
- Experience teaching German at the secondary level, with a track record of fostering student achievement and engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
