Graduate Opportunity in Education - Romford

Location: Romford 

Salary: £70 - £100 per day 

Start Date: Immediately 

Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role:

As a Graduate in our schools, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You will support teachers and other staff members in delivering high-quality education to students across a range of subjects and year groups. Whether you aspire to become a teacher or are exploring other career paths in education, this role will provide you with valuable skills and experiences to help you achieve your goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects and Key Stages

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance with their learning

- Support students with their social and emotional development, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school

- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as you gain experience and develop your skills

 

Requirements:

- A degree in any subject area

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with young people

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
