We are currently hiring Teachers in Southampton. We're seeking dedicated educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. As a Teacher, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality education to our students at a mainstream primary school. We are considering applications from both experienced and early-career teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration
- Implement efficient classroom management strategies to enhance the learning experience
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
Requirements:
- Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
- In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
- Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
Key Skills:
- Skillful classroom management techniques as a KS1 Teacher
- Implementing differentiated instruction methods
- Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Integration of technology to enhance learning experiences
- Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies
