Secondary Teacher Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic journey.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the educational experience for students.
SecondaryTeacher Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and best practices.
