Secondary Teacher Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic journey.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the educational experience for students.

SecondaryTeacher Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs.
  • Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and best practices.
