Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary
- Location: Consett, County Durham
- Salary: £75.00 - £100.00 per day
GSL Education are actively seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in secondary education settings in Consett, helping to inspire and engage young minds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside teachers to manage class activities.
- Provide extra help to students with special needs or those who require additional support.
- Encourage positive student behaviour in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in any subject.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
