The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary mission is to provide crucial support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that empowers these extraordinary students to reach their full potential.

Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:

SEN Teaching Assistant - You should have experience or qualifications in working with students with special educational needs.

Understanding of Autism - A strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the ability to employ effective strategies to support students.

Effective Communication - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.

Patience and Empathy - A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with and support students effectively.

Requirements from You:

  • The Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application through us.
  • Two professional child-related references.
  • An updated CV.
