Role Overview: As an English Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced English department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a secondary school setting. This role is designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of teaching English, preparing you for a potential career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Collaborate with experienced teachers to provide support during English lessons, helping students grasp key concepts and fostering a love for literature.
- Small Group Sessions: Lead small group sessions to provide targeted assistance for students who may require additional support or enrichment.
- Resource Development: Contribute to the development of engaging teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.
