Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support: As a teaching assistant you will assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing support to individual students or small groups.
  • Resource Preparation: Prepare and organize educational materials, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
  • Individualized Assistance: As a teaching assistant you will work closely with students to address their unique learning needs, providing additional support as required.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs), and other professionals to implement effective support strategies.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to contribute to their ongoing development.
