Co-Educator (SEN Teaching Assistant)
Position: Co-Educator (SEN Teaching Assistant)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 3 pm - TERM TIME ONLY PLUS NON-PUPIL DAYS
Start Date: ASAP

We are an inspiring school catering to pupils aged 3 - 19 with a range of severe learning difficulties, including autism, challenging behavior, and serious medical conditions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with severe learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior, and serious medical conditions.
  • Implement a sensory learning and therapeutic approach to behaviors and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff across different age groups within the school.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sensory learning and a therapeutic approach to behaviors and learning is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work with children of all ages within the school.
  • Previous experience in working with children or special needs is advantageous.
