About the Role:

We have a variety of school support opportunities available, covering roles such as School Administrator, General School Support, Lunchtime Supervisor, Breakfast Club Assistant and Wraparound Care Assistant.

You will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values reliability, teamwork and a positive approach to supporting children and young people.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the specific position, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, playground activities and other designated periods.

  • Assisting with breakfast club activities and helping pupils settle into the school day.

  • Supporting before and after-school provision as part of wraparound care.

  • Helping maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment for pupils.

  • Communicating effectively with teaching staff, support teams, parents and visitors where appropriate.

  • Following school procedures and safeguarding requirements at all times.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.

  • A friendly and approachable manner when working with pupils, staff and visitors.

  • Previous experience in a school, childcare, administration, customer service or similar setting is desirable.

  • Flexibility to undertake different tasks depending on the requirements of the position.

  • A genuine commitment to pupil welfare, safety and safeguarding.
