Salary: £160–£190 per day, depending on experience

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and adaptable Supply Teacher to work in a school in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys working across different subjects and year groups and can confidently adapt to a mixed timetable.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils throughout the school day, and ensure continuity of learning across a range of classes. You will need to be flexible, organised, and confident in maintaining a positive classroom environment while adapting to different learning needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a mixed timetable.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different subjects, year groups, and abilities.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Monitor pupil engagement and provide appropriate support.
- Assess pupils' understanding and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leadership.
- Follow school policies, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a school environment.
- Confidence delivering lessons across different subjects and year groups.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to a varied timetable.
- A positive, flexible, and professional approach.
- A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development.
