Pay Rate: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education Lincoln Branch are recruiting confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in amazing secondary school across Lincoln. We are looking for qualified educators who can step into different classroom settings, deliver engaging lessons, and maintain a positive learning atmosphere while supporting students' academic progress during regular teacher absences.
Working as a Supply Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering planned lessons, managing classroom activities, and ensuring continuity of learning across different subjects and year groups. Your flexibility and teaching expertise will help students remain motivated and focused throughout the school day.
Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across different subjects and secondary year groups
- Maintain a structured and productive classroom environment during teacher absences
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate varied learning abilities and classroom needs
- Encourage student participation, independent thinking, and positive behaviour
- Assess completed work and provide relevant feedback to permanent teaching staff
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and established classroom expectations
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching in a secondary school is desirable
- Confidence delivering lessons across different subjects and Key Stages
- Strong classroom management and positive behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and adaptability in changing school environments
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
