Cover Supervisor – Spalding

Salary: £120–£140 per day, depending on experience

GSL Education is looking for a motivated and dependable Cover Supervisor to join secondary schools in Spalding. If you are considering becoming a teacher and would like to gain practical experience working with pupils, this is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps into the education sector.
In this role, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring pupils understand the tasks provided and remain engaged throughout the lesson. You will help maintain a positive learning atmosphere, encourage students to work independently, and support the smooth running of the school day.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classroom activities and ensure pupils complete the work set.
