Pay Rate: MPS/UPS (Depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education Lincoln Branch are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to work in schools across Spalding. We are looking for qualified educators who can make mathematical concepts accessible, challenge learners appropriately, and develop strong foundations in numerical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving.

As a Math Teacher, you will have the opportunity to deliver structured and engaging lessons across the Mathematics curriculum, supporting students in strengthening their subject knowledge and preparing confidently for assessments and future study.

Maths Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across relevant key stages
  • Explain numerical and abstract concepts through clear examples and practical methods
  • Develop logical reasoning and problem-solving through varied classroom activities
  • Differentiate teaching to accommodate different abilities and levels of understanding
  • Assess attainment and provide constructive feedback to support continued progress
  • Prepare examination classes through focused revision and assessment practice

Maths Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum
  • Previous experience teaching Mathematics is desirable
  • Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong planning, assessment, communication, and classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
