Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Boston
Pay Rate: £160 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education Lincoln Branch are recruiting confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in schools across Boston. We are seeking qualified educators who can confidently manage different classes, follow existing lesson plans, and maintain high standards of learning and behaviour across a variety of school environments.
As a Supply Teacher, you will provide reliable classroom cover during teacher absence, delivering planned lessons while ensuring learners remain engaged, supported, and focused throughout the school day.
Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons using plans and resources provided by the school
- Adapt quickly to different classes, subjects, and learning environments
- Maintain clear classroom expectations and positive behaviour
- Support students with activities and clarify lesson content where required
- Monitor engagement and ensure assigned work is completed effectively
- Provide useful feedback to permanent teaching staff at the end of assignments
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous classroom teaching experience is desirable
- Ability to adapt confidently to unfamiliar classes and school environments
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- Reliable and professional approach to short-term and longer-term assignments
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
