Teaching Assistant – Spalding
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £93 – £110 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Spalding.

You will support pupils and teachers throughout the school day, helping students access learning and feel confident within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils during lessons and activities.
- Work with individuals and small groups.
- Encourage students to participate in their learning.
- Support positive behaviour and classroom routines.
- Assist teachers with learning resources.
- Help pupils develop independence and confidence.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic.
- Confident communicating with children and adults.
- Reliable and adaptable.
- Interested in education and children's development.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
