We are currently recruiting for several key school-based vacancies on behalf of our client schools across Manchester and Tameside. We are looking for dedicated education professionals to fill the following roles:

SEND Sensory Teacher

Deliver specialised, sensory-focused learning strategies tailored to pupils with complex SEND needs.

Pastoral Lead (Designated Safeguarding Lead)

Daily Rate: £115.18 - £137.87

Lead student well-being initiatives, manage safeguarding protocols, and coordinate care.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Daily Rate: £121.32 - £138.65
-
Cover classes, lead targeted interventions, and support curriculum delivery.

Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Daily Rate: £104.35 - £126.89

Provide high-level classroom support and run structured learning interventions.

Behaviour Support Mentor

Daily Rate: £113.69 - £125.03

Work directly with students to manage behaviour, build resilience, and boost engagement.

Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Daily Rate: £92.63 - £121.92

Assist class teachers with day-to-day learning activities (Vacancies in both Manchester & Tameside).

Key Requirements:
✔️ Relevant qualifications for the specific role (QTS for Teaching, Level 2/3 TA certification for support staff)
✔️ Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
✔️ Previous experience in an educational or SEND setting (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
✔️ Has a DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
Placement Details:
Locations: Manchester & Tameside (Greater Manchester)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 16:00
Contract: Full-Time Temporary
