If you're currently studying at university, have recently graduated, or are considering teacher training, working as a Cover Supervisor can be a great way to gain genuine classroom experience before taking your next step.
GSL Education is looking for people across Grimsby and the surrounding area who are confident working with young people and would like to build their experience within secondary schools.

What the role involves
You'll be responsible for supervising students and delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the lesson.
You don't need to be an experienced teacher. If you're new to education, we can provide training, guidance and on-the-job experience to help you develop your confidence.
