Are you a passionate and energetic Sports Coach who loves inspiring young people to achieve their full potential?

GSL Education is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to join a school in Scunthorpe. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone who is confident coaching children and young people with a range of SEND and SEMH needs.

The Role

As a Sports Coach, you will use the power of sport and physical activity to engage, motivate and support students. You will be working with young people who have a variety of additional needs, so the ability to adapt your coaching style and build strong, positive relationships will be essential.

You’ll help create a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can develop their confidence, teamwork, resilience and physical abilities.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Is available to work full-time
✨ Has previous experience coaching children or young people in a similar setting, or within a sports-related role
✨ Is confident working with students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
✨ Has relevant sports qualifications
✨ Is adaptable, patient and able to engage students with different needs and abilities
✨ Has a positive and energetic approach to coaching
✨ Can build strong relationships and act as a positive role model for young people
