GSL Education is looking for a dedicated, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Broughton. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity, with the potential for the successful candidate to progress into a permanent position.
The Role
You will be supporting children and young people of all ages within a specialist SEN school environment. The students have a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, making this a varied, rewarding and hands-on role.
Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact. You will need to be confident, adaptable and able to build strong, positive relationships with students who may require additional emotional and behavioural support.

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications or training would also be a significant advantage.
This role would particularly suit someone with a calm, confident and positive approach, who is able to provide consistent support and act as a strong role model for students.
