Pay Rate: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are seeking dedicated Computer Studies (CS) Teacher for schools in Doncaster. We are looking for forward-thinking educators who can deliver engaging lessons, inspire curiosity in technology, and help pupils develop the digital knowledge and technical skills needed for future education and careers.
The Computer Studies Teacher will help pupils build confidence in computing by delivering an engaging curriculum that develops computational thinking, digital literacy, and practical problem-solving skills.
Computer Studies Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons covering computer science, programming, and digital technologies
- Introduce pupils to coding, algorithms, cybersecurity, and responsible digital citizenship
- Design practical activities that strengthen computational thinking and technical skills
- Monitor pupil attainment and provide constructive feedback to support continuous progress
- Encourage creativity by integrating technology into collaborative and independent learning
- Contribute to curriculum planning and promote the effective use of technology across the department
Computer Studies Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Experience teaching Computer Studies or Computing in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of computer science principles and digital technologies
- Ability to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
