Pay: £130–£180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education Lincoln Branch are looking to appoint Supply Teacher for welcoming schools in Spalding. We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic educators who can confidently deliver engaging lessons, maintain positive learning environments, and provide continuity for pupils across a variety of classroom settings.

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons that keep pupils engaged and focused
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
- Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies
- Assess learning where appropriate and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Experience teaching in a school setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different school settings
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
