Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Lincoln
Pay: £130–£180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education Lincoln branch are seeking Supply Teachers for welcoming schools in Lincoln. We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic teacher who can confidently deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and provide continuity for pupils across a range of classroom settings.
The Supply Teacher will have an excellent opportunity to gain experience in different schools while enjoying the flexibility to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities of Supply Teacher:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the day
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
- Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies
- Assess learning where appropriate and provide feedback to school staff
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
Requirements for Supply Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
- Previous teaching experience is desirable
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different school settings
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
