Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education Lincoln branch are looking to appoint Teaching Assistant (TA) for schools in Boston. We welcome applications from patient and reliable individuals who can work closely with teachers, support classroom activities, and help pupils stay engaged with their learning.
The Teaching Assistant role offers a valuable opportunity to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development while gaining hands-on experience in education.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Encourage pupils to participate confidently and remain focused during lessons
- Assist with preparing learning resources and maintaining classroom organisation
- Monitor pupil progress and share observations with teaching staff
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people is desirable
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Flexible, patient, and proactive approach to classroom support
- Commitment to supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
