Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term
GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston from September or October 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students to develop their artistic talents while fostering creativity, imagination, and confidence.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to explore a range of artistic techniques, media, and creative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Inspire students to develop their creativity and artistic skills
- Prepare students for coursework and examinations where appropriate
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the Art department and school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A passion for creative education and student achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
