Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools (Sleaford)
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Daily Supply | Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking dedicated and confident Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools throughout Sleaford. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across different school settings while making a positive impact on students' learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across a range of secondary subjects
- Maintain a calm, productive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students in completing the work set by their regular teacher
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups
- Uphold school behaviour and safeguarding policies
- Provide clear feedback to school staff following each assignment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
