Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools (Boston)
Location: Boston
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Daily Supply | Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work, whether on a day-to-day basis or through longer-term placements.
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons, engaging students, and creating a positive classroom environment during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement
- Adapt confidently to different schools and subject areas
- Ensure students remain focused and complete the work set
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
