Job Title: Aspiring Teacher – Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking passionate Aspiring Teachers to work in schools across Lincoln. Are you currently studying at university or due to graduate soon? Looking to gain valuable experience before applying for teacher training? If so, this role could be the ideal first step into education.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a range of school-based roles while earning and developing the practical skills needed for a successful teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with learning activities and classroom tasks
- Work with small groups and individual students
- Assist teachers in maintaining an engaging learning environment
- Help promote positive behaviour and student wellbeing
- Gain experience across a variety of educational roles and settings
