Aspiring Teacher – Bourne

Location: Bourne
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to work in schools across Bourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, university students, or individuals considering a future career in teaching to gain valuable paid experience in education.

If you're studying at university, recently graduated, or looking to explore a career in education, this role will allow you to develop your classroom skills while working in a variety of school-based positions.

About the Role:

As an Aspiring Teacher, you may gain experience as a:

  • Teaching Assistant
  • Cover Supervisor
  • Tutor
  • Exam Invigilator

This hands-on experience will help you build confidence, develop classroom management skills, and strengthen future applications for teacher training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in lessons and learning activities
  • Assist teachers with classroom tasks and lesson delivery
  • Work with pupils individually and in small groups
  • Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Gain experience across a range of educational settings
