Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary Schools
Location: Spalding
Salary: £93 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Ad-hoc Supply | Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work on an ad-hoc supply basis across both primary and secondary schools in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and are looking for flexible opportunities within education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist students with their learning, confidence, and participation
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Adapt to different schools, age groups, and classroom settings
- Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
