Job Title: Secondary Supply Teachers
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Contract Type: Ad-hoc Daily Supply | Full-time / Part-time | Flexible
GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work on a daily ad-hoc basis in secondary schools across Gainsborough. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a range of school settings without the commitment of a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom expectations
- Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
- Provide feedback to teaching staff where required
- Follow all school safeguarding and behaviour policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
