Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Pay: £460–£650 per week (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long-term

GSL Education are looking for a Cover Supervisor (CS) to support thriving educational settings in Doncaster. We are seeking a dependable and confident individual who can oversee lessons, maintain positive behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged with their work.
The Cover Supervisor will develop classroom leadership skills while gaining first-hand experience within a range of school environments.
CS Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson materials in the absence of the regular teacher
- Supervise students and maintain a focused learning atmosphere
- Encourage learners to complete assigned tasks and participate positively
- Apply school behaviour policies consistently and effectively
- Monitor attendance and communicate any concerns to relevant staff
- Support the smooth running of lessons throughout the school day
CS Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Confidence leading groups of students in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups
- Organised, professional, and reliable approach to work
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
