Salary: £90 – £115 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to gain valuable classroom experience and make a meaningful impact on young learners.
Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils across a range of subjects and age groups
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost learning outcomes
- Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in any subject (Education-related preferred but not essential)
- A passion for working with children and pursuing a career in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable attitude
- Experience working with young people (desirable)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
