Make a Real Difference – SEN Teaching Assistant Needed in Doncaster!
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £600 per week (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Doncaster.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and helping them succeed academically and socially.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
- Supporting personalised learning strategies and classroom activities
- Building positive and supportive relationships with pupils
- Promoting an inclusive and nurturing environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
- Patient, adaptable, and caring approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of inclusive practice (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
