Midday Supervisor – Boston
Location: Boston
Salary: £13 – £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Part-time | Term-time Only
GSL Education is seeking caring and reliable Midday Supervisors to support schools in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to play an important role in maintaining a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
The successful candidate will supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and wellbeing both inside the dining hall and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pupils during lunchtime and break periods
- Encourage positive behaviour and safe play
- Support pupils in the dining hall and playground areas
- Report any incidents or concerns to school staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
- A patient, friendly, and approachable manner
- The ability to manage behaviour positively
- Reliability and punctuality
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
