Job Title: Maths Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Spalding
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Long-term / Permanent
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work in a secondary school across Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who can support students in developing strong mathematical skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different abilities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- A proactive and flexible approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
