Job Title: Art Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Boston
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term / Permanent
GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students and encourage creativity across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons
- Encourage creativity through a variety of artistic techniques
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Support coursework and portfolio development
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art in secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for creative education
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
