Job Title: Art Teacher – Secondary School

Location: Boston
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Full-time | Long-term / Permanent

GSL Education is seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students and encourage creativity across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons
  • Encourage creativity through a variety of artistic techniques
  • Assess and monitor student progress
  • Support coursework and portfolio development
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to the wider Art department

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Art in secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for creative education
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
