Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools (Lincoln)
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time
GSL Education is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work, a better work-life balance, or the chance to gain experience in a variety of school settings.
Whether you are available for a few days each week or looking for a longer-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Adapt quickly to different schools and teaching environments
- Ensure continuity of learning during staff absence
- Provide feedback to departments and school staff where required
- Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible, professional, and reliable approach
- Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
