Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Help pupils stay engaged and motivated
- Supervise lessons when required as a Cover Supervisor
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Be currently studying at university or recently graduated
- A genuine interest in education and working with young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- A flexible and professional attitude
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
