Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant!!
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / September

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in education and gain valuable classroom experience.
This role is ideal for university students who are looking for part-time work alongside their studies, while developing practical skills and experience within school settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in lessons on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Encourage pupil participation and confidence
- Support students with additional learning needs where required
- Gain experience across different year groups and school settings
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Be studying at university or recently graduated
- A genuine interest in education or working with young people
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
