SEND Teaching Assistant – Brigg, Lincolnshire

GSL Education are looking to appoint a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools in Brigg. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in SEND or care who is passionate about making a difference.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
- Assist in delivering tailored learning and support plans
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
Requirements:
- Essential: Experience working with children or adults with additional needs or a background in care/support work
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
