Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Wakefield
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently welcoming applications from dedicated PE Teachers to work in schools across Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity to motivate pupils through physical education and help them develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that encourage participation and promote physical wellbeing.
Key Duties of PE Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across key stages.
- Teach a range of sports, fitness activities, and physical skills.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and active participation.
- Support extracurricular sports activities and school teams where required.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching PE in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge in physical education and sports coaching.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating teaching style.
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
