Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Pay rate: £460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are currently hiring a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Doncaster.
As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged with set work and maintaining a productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Deliver pre-set lesson materials and instructions.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
- Support pupils in staying focused and completing tasks.
- Report on pupil engagement and any classroom issues to teaching staff.
Requirements of Cover Supervisor:
- Experience working in a school or with young people is desirable.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
