Salary: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education Kent are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach (PE-Focused) to work within a large and inclusive secondary school in Ashford. Key Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach (PE-Focused):
- Supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment
- Supporting PE lessons and assisting with the delivery of practical activities
- Encouraging student participation, engagement, and teamwork within sports and physical activities
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Supporting extracurricular sports activities and school enrichment programmes
- Acting as a positive role model and providing pastoral support where needed
The Ideal Candidate for the Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach (PE-Focused) role will have:
