SEND Teacher – Spilsby

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to work in schools across Spilsby. This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role:
As an SEND Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting a range of needs and abilities. You will be confident teaching across multiple subjects and committed to creating a positive, structured learning environment where every student can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons across a range of subjects
- Support students with SEND and SEMH needs to access the curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote positive engagement
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Proven experience teaching students with SEND and SEMH needs
- Confidence teaching a range of subjects across KS3–KS4
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, resilient, and nurturing approach
