GSL Education is seeking an inspiring and adaptable Maths Teacher to support secondary schools in Spalding. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a range of school settings, making it ideal for teachers looking for variety.
You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and helping students succeed in Mathematics.
Key Duties:
- Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Deliver pre-planned or self-planned lessons depending on the role
- Engage students and promote positive learning behaviours
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools
- Flexible and adaptable teaching style
- Strong classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
