Job Title: Maths Teacher – Secondary School

Salary: Paid to scale (depending on experience)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and confident Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools across Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can deliver engaging lessons and support students in developing strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured and engaging Maths lessons
- Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes
- Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and committed approach to teaching
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
